Dog rescued in Tampa house fire

Tampa Fire Rescue rescued a small dog at the scene of a structure fire located in the 3300 block of N. 22nd Street. One occupant was home at the time the fire started. The occupant made it out safely prior to the arrival of the fire crews. Tampa firefighters rescued the occupants small dog as fire and smoke began to fill the home.
