Special ceremony welcomes children to American citizenship

When Riffat Ajib left his home country of Lebanon for the United States, he did so to seek a better future for his children. Now, thanks to Ajib becoming a naturalized citizen, his daughter, Amal, was one of 57 children under the age of 14 who was granted U.S. citizenship and recognized during a special ceremony held in Tampa Bay by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
