St. Pete Fire Rescue evacuates special needs residents

St. Petersburg Fire Rescue began picking up all Level A special needs  residents today. Pinellas County is under a mandatory evacuation order for residents living in  Level A and all mobile home residents. More than 180 residents preregistered for special needs transportation  assistance. Most residents are going to the shelter for special needs at John Hopkins Middle School. Gibbs High School is also being used as a shelter for the general population. (Sept. 8, 2017) Video provided by St. Petersburg Fire Rescue
