The Columbia’s Richard Gonzmart opens the doors to his dream and legacy: Ulele

Ulele Native-Inspired Food and Spirits opens to the public this evening at 5 PM Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 1810 North Highland Avenue, Tampa. In the video fourth-generation Columbia restaurant owner Richard Gonzmart, who developed Ulele with managing partner Keith Sedita and the city of Tampa, talks about his passion for creating a legacy in honor of a Native American princess, his family and his hometown. Watch as the Tampa restaurant comes to life in the historic City of Tampa Water Works Building on the banks of the Hillsborough River just north of downtown in Tampa Heights, the city's first subdivision.
